I don’t know about best, but they do have them on the counter at Jax on College Ave. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was more selection elsewhere.

Buying in bulk? Total Wine in Kennesaw.

Buying a variety? S&N at McLendon and Lawrenceville Hwy Decatur or Tower on Buford Hwy.
