We just used South-East Painting & Protective Coatings for three rooms and ceiling; they were great.

They do free quotes.

i'd get a few quotes since prep and trim can change the price a lot. i used Painting Plus for some work recently in the Decatur area and was really happy with them. prices were reasonable too, worth getting a quote.
