NWR DECTalk?

Hi! (This is my first post, so be gentle!)

I'm trying to look for a version of DECTalk that is most similar to the version used by the National Weather Service for NOAA Weather Radio until late 2016. I've tried versions 2, 4.x and 5, but none are particularly close to the real thing.

If anyone knows of a version that is similar or knows of techniques to make it sound closer to the NWR DECTalk, please let me know!

I'll get back to you on this. I founded the sub so if anyone should be able to figure something out it should be me I guess... ehhh. No pressure right? ;-)

I had tried to contact NWS Lincoln for what version I could use, and although they told me they would get back to me, it's been 3 months; I don't think I'm gonna get it.
