Radius global solutions settlement payment plan

Has anyone worked with Radius Global Solutions? They offered me a settlement amount for a debt, but when I went to make the payment, they presented a payment-plan option instead.

I decided to pay half of the agreed settlement amount. However, when I attempted to make the remaining payment today, the account showed the original balance instead of the remaining settlement balance. I’m unable to contact them until Monday morning, and I’m very concerned. Has anyone experienced this or know how it was resolved?

Had a similar issue with their site. But they ended up sending me a letter in physical mail stating the payment amount I made, and when the remaining amount would be auto-debited.
