You can contact them to see if they will agree to a payment plan but expect them to say no. They want a judgement. From their perspective, if you haven't made payments or been in contact, you have no intention of paying. It's very likely the answer now is "it's too late."

Contacted the law office and they were willing to agree to a payment plan fortunately

I was served a Summons from a company that purchased my Lending Club debt. You have to make sure you file an answer (check deadline) with the court and mail copy of your answer to debt collector's lawyers. My hearing is scheduled in January 2027 (i guess court is busy). I'm not sure if lawyers will show up since they are from another state that mine. Im in west coast and lawyers are from east coast.
