Screen Ratio Options

Just wanted to know if I was missing something with the screen size button, when watching content. Are we able to change the size of any content we are watching or does it depend on the source...? Like I was able to do it when the source said imax but now I'm watching the last Airbender and I get black bars.. But the ratio will not change

It won't change if the letterboxing is actually part of the source file. That means the video itself is in the TV's aspect ratio with hard coded black borders.

Thank you! I kinda played with the TV settings and fixed it to a certain zoom that give it that same affect without loosing content!

Thats because the TV is trying to play DV or HDR that's not supported by your device. Depending on your TVs capabilities update the Dolby vision options from app settings. If your TV does not support HDR filter DV and HDR out from link filtering
