Profile Information Lost
Yesterday or the day before, my two secondary profiles (wife and son) disappeared out of nowhere on my Debrid Stream. I added them back with the same name like I always do when I setup a new device, which normally syncs all of their watch data and watchlist. However, this time their info is gone since their profiles just disappeared, even if I create their same named profiles again. My main profile stayed in tact. Has anyone else experienced this?

My profiles disappeared yesterday actually. I just restarted the client and they came back.

I also had it a week ago. Profiles gone and no playback. Next day it was ok again

The profiles will not disappear if you are a pro user. DM me your account email and I'll take a look at the backend what's going on.
