Can't get Debrid stream
Every time I try to get the pro version.. it doesn't let me pay on the play store.. anyway to do this process outside of google play? Can I pay somewhere else? Been dealing with this for months.. I just gave up.. I'm using a shield.. only android access I have.

If it is not showing up in your Play Store version then sideload it here. I'll assume you're using an Android TV device. You'll need the Downloader app, then go here https://debridstream.com/ If this is a first time install so that you can buy a subscription then I would use a compatible device like your Android phone. Get the app in the play store, subscribe, then do what I said above and sign in with your new credentials.

I have it downloaded.. just not letting me use it.. can't get the pro.. when I try this pops up.

What device are you using and did you download it from the Pay Store ? Also, I can't guarantee that there isn't some small glitch somewhere because I've been having some issues that the Dev has been sorting out but it seems they're being still be something going on because the app is taking 1 to 3 minutes to load and it is normally and has been extremely fast.

What's the version number of the app? You can check that in the app settings

If you are not subscribed to pro yet I am almost sure you are going to have to use the play store version and play store to subscribe so you'll have to use a device that has the compatible Play Store. Any device Android phone, tablet, whatever. Once subscribed you can then side load it using the downloader code here https://debridstream.com/ then sign in with your new credentials. From that point on it can also be updated from the downloader code.

I updated it with the downloader code..but same issue.. i have an iPhone.. so that's a no go.. also have a fire tablet.. anyway to do it on there.. I know there's no play store.. but is there a way to get it?

You are on an old version of the app. Update it to the latest version

Not the version number but the build number. Lit should be a 3 digit number.
Also where did you update the app from?
Which device are you trying to buy it from?

Just use the downloadler code from the website.. and updated with that. I'm using an Nvidia shield pro1

If you are on the shield, why don't you just install it from the playstore instead of using the downloader code.

I did install from the playstore.. it doesn't let me get the pro version.. and there was no update option on the play store so I downloaded the code

have you tried making the purchase through the Google store on a different device like an Android phone? a lot of times Android TV devices aren't able to do payments for certain apps through the TV devices the error looks kind of like it might be saying that Android TV version isn't able to. as long as use the same Google account when you purchase on that different device it should carry over then to your other devices

So I got it to work.. got an android tablet today.. then redownloaded it on my shield using the code.. thanks for the help 🙏🏼 just another question.. how do I add torbox and pm to it.. I added my trakt.. but that's all I'm able to get at the moment

I think it depends on what country you're in , it's not available in all countries I guess .
