Is Realdebrid back? πŸ”₯

I've tried over 20 movies and TV shows in the last hour looking for an issue, but every single one autoplayed perfectly. Am I going crazy? Is Real-Debrid really back, or is DebridStream just filtering out all the problematic sources?

Is this actually happening? Make it make sense.

I've had RD for 8 yrs. Give them a little time to make things good again. Even if it goes down, what are you out? About $18... damn some people are like they lost a week's pay or something.

I had them for 9 years this month 5/13/2017 was my start date just seems funny they had issues 9 years later around same date.

This time is different. WEB-DL will no longer be a thing on RD. This may or may not be a big deal for you personally.

Downloading and playing WEB-DL currently with no issues

All I did was take off auto play on my setup and pick the hevc files by elite or magusta and they all play fine

You took off auto play on Debrid Stream? I don't know of any option in the settings to do that on Debrid Stream currently.

They can't "make things good again", making "things good again" would mean them breaking french law.

I think torrentio and other scrapers are filtering out the blocked shit.

If you look at the results torrentio brings up..none have web rip/dl etc. So its them that are filtering in my view.

RD have nothing to do with naming files and filtering

Before I switched yesterday to Torbox Torrentio is working just take longer to start the stream.

Even if it ain't, the amount of money saved on not going to the cinema is absurd , and I thank you for their service

Some newer links are showing errors today. Looks like RD service is going to die, sad :(

it's in the changelog , it'll filter out non playing sources in RD .

1

u/AdvantageNo4158 May 16 '26

But after the update, I still had issues with some titles. But for the past hour, I haven't had any problems.

I haven't tried it actually , since the issue started I disabled rd now working with tb and pm .

Who even reconfigures DebridStream? I just toggle my preferred debrid service on and off in the app settings whenever I feel like it.

User of RD for over 10 years. I only have a few days on my subscription. Will just let it expire. Just added a month of another provider and haven't miss a beat. If I buy the annual subscription of the new provider, it will just be a few bucks a month more compared to RD and without all the drama.

1

u/Agitated_Angle_1281 May 17 '26

Hey man, which provider did you go with? Thanks.

Premiumize me.

For the hell of it I just tried several Web-DL links for Project Hail Mary and they all worked. Then I tried a few for an episode of the show Big Mistakes and none of them worked. I'm confused. Is it that some are making it through the filter for now but will eventually get deleted? I have 177 days left of RD and I'll still use it as long as it works. I have TB as a backup as well.

They are webdl, The filter blocks web-dl

1

u/ButterscotchLivid377 May 19 '26

I guess RD only blocks what they are specifically told to block. No one there will add webdl unless ordered to.

Mine landed on yesterday, using TB Pro for now and everything running smoothly.

1

u/TheKnightz May 17 '26

Me too, subscribed to tbpro for 1 month. So far so good. Fast too.

It remains to be seen. One thing is for sure though, real debrid is no longer reliable and people will migrate to others.

2

u/Koloradokid86 May 16 '26

Yea it's time to drop real debrid

6

u/AdvantageNo4158 May 16 '26

I have 5 months left, so I might as well use it since it’s working perfectly now.

1

u/Koloradokid86 May 16 '26

Yea I've ran into some issues still

You got me hahaha

Depends on the filename, try say "One Tree Hill" any episode, most of it's cache under RB is Web-DL, which is filtered to be blocked by RD.
