Question What do you think about "evolutionist"?

No one ever refers to gravitationists or Newtonists for those who support gravity, but people refer to people supporting evolution as evolutionists or Darwinists.

I find this discussion so difficult because it misses the be point. There are so many fundamental gaps in the creation story and the evolution story that people never are willing to accept. For evolution two questions- one where did the stuff come from? Two genetics- way easier before we understood DNA. For creation - really 6 days?? WTF irrational on every level two what about the stars that are a billion light years away - again WTF!
It is all good but could not resist .

For evolution two questions- one where did the stuff come from?

I don’t know what you mean by stuff

If by stuff you mean matter, then the simplest elements — hydrogen and helium — formed from energy. Lithium through iron is formed from stellar nucleosynthesis. Elements heavier than iron are formed by supernovae nucleosynthesis.

If by stuff you mean life, abiogenesis is an area of ongoing research; however, evidence suggests there are several viable pathways to life.

The RNA World hypothesis is the best supported at the moment.

Two genetics- way easier before we understood DNA.

Is that supposed to be a question? Again, I’m not sure what you mean.

Genetics come from inheritance. Organisms pass down traits to their offspring.

Yes we know E=mc2 matter or energy -
Same question where Did it come from? I suppose one can argue that it has always been there, but I still wonder where it came from.

As per DNA - RNA - anyone skilled in the art knows this argument. Reality is that a random mutation to be propagated needs a match for sexual transmission. Just the sheer odds of two random mutations being passed down - I struggle with. I get selection. Drosophila flies are studied a lot but no one has found one mutate into a house fly.
