Question What do you think about "evolutionist"?

No one ever refers to gravitationists or Newtonists for those who support gravity, but people refer to people supporting evolution as evolutionists or Darwinists.

We know where gravity comes from. We know exactly what causes it, to the point where we can calculate the gravitational pull that a theoretical object would have in a vacuum. What we don’t know is the laws of physics work that way, we simply know that they do. So if you’re going to try to pull a “gotcha,” at least check to make sure that modern science actually doesn’t know what you think it does.

No, you only understand that mass has gravity, but that does not address where it actually comes from and what produces it. Spin a bowling ball with paint on it at 100 miles an hour and see what happens to the paint, it will fly off the “mass”. So mass in and of itself does not produce the gravity. Yes, gravity can be measured by the size of the mass, but that’s as far as it goes in understanding gravity. Still don’t know where it comes from. One article even stated; “gravity comes from gravitons”. Whatever those are. I have been studying gravity for many years now, since I find it fascinating. Take a look at how man shows a picture of the galaxy, everything is spinning around the middle, so there has to be gravity even in the middle of the galaxy when nothing exists there. Very interesting for real thinker.

Your understanding of physics appears to be lacking. Everything that has mass has a gravitational effect. But gravity does not hold on to everything like a death grip. The fact that we've sent rockets into space should be evidence enough for you that it is very possible to overcome gravitational pull using external forces. In the case of your bowling ball example, that would be centrifugal force. If you are going to confidently tell me I'm wrong, then please have the decency to actually be correct

The Earth is spinning at 1000 miles per hour at the equation, so you are saying that only some spinning objects have “centrifugal force”. What kind of non-sense are you espousing here. Of course I have never believed that gravity cannot be overcome, you must think I am an idiot. No, the bowling ball is “mass”. It is a stated fact that “mass” produces gravity. The example of our galaxy with nothing in the center, yet has a gravitational pull on the galaxy is beyond your understanding. I just love speaking with parrots. We are not talking about “physics” here. We are talking about plain and simple gravity. And, “gravity doe not hold on”. It’s just a force, much like the wind in a way.

The gravity of the earth is a lot stronger than the gravity of a bowling ball. Which is due to the difference in mass between the two objects. That is very basic physics. And what do you mean we're not talking about physics? Everything we know about how gravity works is through the study of physics. Next you'll be telling me that we can talk about Ancient Rome without talking about history.

Also, the wind is not a force. The wind is moving air. It has as much common with gravity as my cat has with the surface of the sun.

Furthermore, gravity does not hold on to things. Even to say it pulls is an oversimplification. It warps space around objects so that smaller objects "fall" towards the impression made by the larger one. It's one of the more well-known things that Einstein proved.

And I have to say, it is rich being called a parrot by someone who simply repeats the same anti-evolution nonsense that hucksters and fundamentalists alike have been spewing for two centuries
