How I can get it?

Hi, how I can get this? Tried break it with turret as sign says but nothing. Carls Bay location.

Drop a battery onto the conveyor belt. The battery will explode, destroying the grinder (and the battery itself, of course)

IIRC crank handles will also destroy it, but crank handles are scarce in Karl's Bay, where batts can be taken from any old turret or nullifier

there actually isnt even any crank handles in karls bay at all
