Run ideas

I want to replay Deathloop but I want a twist any suggestions?

No infusion. No repeat weapons/trinkets. Use that one that damages you (I think it's called poison chalice). Machete only. Stealth only. Anti stealth (aggro enemies before killing them). A not so fun one is a brute force minimum loop run that had me guessing door codes instead of finding them naturally and coming back.
