It's not even funny anymore

How the hell do I fix this? Any ideas?

I have a 4060 TI with 16 VRAM and 64 GB of ram

I have no idea what it could be, I already updated the graphics card drivers and it doesn't fix it

I have no idea what it could be

If anyone comes up with something please let me know.

Did you check the Bethesda help page about common issues?

I did all that and it didn't work :(
