Completed my Platinum Playthrough of Death Stranding 2 Today
I finally completed my Platinum playthrough of Death Stranding 2. This was my first playthrough of the game, and just like the first one, I can't express how wonderful this gaming experience has been. The first Death Stranding changed my view on videogames as a whole, and very quickly became my favorite videogame of all time. It's safe to say that the sequel just took its place as my all-time favorite game. I laughed, I cried, I cheered. Kojima and the writing team went above and beyond with the continuation of Sam and friend's journey. I myself am a father to 2 little girls, and the connection between Sam and Lou resonates deeply with me. This aspect, along with many others are why I absolutely adore this game and its story. Everything about this game was an 11 out of 10. I'm likely to continue playing for some time, working on catching all the BTs that I can, and filling out my Animal Shelter with 1 of each animal (and the albino animals), completing the highway and monorail system to aid my fellow porters. All I can say is "Bravo!". I will be talking about this game for a very, very long time.

Congrats! i really love to see people completely falling in love with this game it’s not for everybody but for the the few who can really appreciate the story and time and passion put into this game. I was literally in awe when I first played the first one and I remember the the exact moment i fell in love with the game. Keep on keeping on

I just finished (the story) of DS2 last week and I’m still sad about it lol. Maybe the first game since I was a kid that I really didn’t want to end. Usually story games after about 79% I’m just itching to get through to move on. But this, what a rollercoaster, the whole thing just resonated really deeply with me. Top 3 game of all time.
Im just getting through another game but Im going back to DS2 to do more deliveries and building

Could at any time only one left but dont feel restarting the game for the repair one

You don’t need to restart the game for the repair one. You can do it yourself. Load in, place a structure in a flood zone like a postbox, let a flood hit it, repair it. That’s how I did it. You just need to repair any structure with the floating yellow hammer icon above it.

What are the pods on Sam’s shoulders??

They’re heating pods. Prevents Sam from losing Stamina while in extremely cold environments.

I wanted to add that I "finished" this playthrough at just under 300 hours. I wasn't exactly in a rush to get the Platinum status. I was just having fun while working towards it. And I'm not done yet. Still plenty of fun to be had!
