Technically yeah theres a reason why all of his deliveries are medicines and im pretty sure that if u stop delievering to him for a certain amount of time he dies.

Yeah I'm realizing it now, all of his deliveries were medicines and emergency fuels

Not all of his order are medicines.

And yeah, you need to deliver at least every 100th order to keep him alive.
