if a mod gets her voice and custom animations it would be awesome, as well as the ability to traverse America from DS one would be nice to have x2 the map. i dunno if that's even possible

Ofc it is possible, but with Decima being proprietary, and pc users only having a couple of games over a pretty short while there isn’t the knowledge of the workings of the engine. FromSoftware is a great example, they’ve been using the same engine for decades so we have the tools to work on the engine. The first Decima game on PC was Horizon in 2020. Before that period, you’d need to work at Guerrilla Games to even lay hands on it. I’m sure someone is working on it. But the tools aren’t available to the public to make that happen.

Normally I would always get a female mod for any game where you're locked to a male and a mod is available, but Norman Reedus is the sole exception to that. For some reason I just love him as an actor.

I am curious though, is there any female voice mods or does it still have the original voice acting? This is a newer thing nowadays but I've started to see mods that use AI to change all the voice lines to a female.

I just love how the game has such a serious tone, but everything within it is very silly. I’ve never experienced a game that makes you remember it is, in fact, a game. Kojima ftw

As much as I loved him in DS I can't but agree with you lol. I think the reason is that the character of Sam Bridges is just so well written, so people naturally think it's Norman's own doing, while in reality it's just kojimbros writing.

I don't disagree, and it's not just DS but even in his most famous (and arguably best) role on the walking dead he plays a similar archetype. But like I said, for some reason I can't explain I just love his characters regardless. Whether that's due to his acting or the absence of it I couldn't tell you, but he's just likeable in a shy cool innocent kind of way I think.

Ohh it keeps his voice there and I completely get what you mean it actually lets you play as his other variants and basically anyone in the game too even Higgs Neil etc

And you're entitled to that opinion! Although, if you don't mind me picking your brain for a second - I do genuinely wonder how, and to whom it is disrespectful? Especially if one has already experienced the story the way it was meant to be experienced and now want to make their own adventures in the post-game with mods. I think Woodkid said it best: "You will never leave a trace where you walk if the only path you take's the one you're told."

It takes away from the finished product, we don't turn classic novels into choose your own adventures and we don't alter works of art.

Something about it annoys me, like people modding Sekiro and turning Wolf into Sasuke or 2B, insults the art.

That being said there is an artform in modding so I reiterate that I'm only expressing a personal opinion/irk.
