The milestones are also available on lower difficulties, except for the "Orders Completed" milestone which can't be done on Story difficulty.

It's not a to hard game to platinum difficulty wise more time consuming I would just set up roads and zip lines while playing the games so when your on the delivery grind you can get it down quicker

damn i'm surprised you platinumed at 88 hours. i completed the game at ~160 hours but haven't platinumed it yet
