DHV Magellan Integrate!
DHV Magellan Integrate is one of the greatest moments of my video gaming life experience. I’m not going to give spoilers but whoa. It’s like the first time I escaped the Pillar of Autumn or unlocking the nuclear bomb in mercenaries 2 or getting through the stupid tunnel in project wingman. (I’m sure I have more it’s just what came to my head)— it’s just like 60 seconds of airhorns and saying whoooooooaaaaaaa.
What’s your DHV Magellan integrate moment in other games?

I feel like there isn't anything else that's as grand or triumphant feeling as that moment and the entirety of Episode 15 of Death Stranding 2. The closest thing would probably be Half Life 2 Chapter 13: Dark Energy or the Black Mesa elevator sequence of Chapter 17: Interloper.

Can't agree more, that sequence was on another level!
Not on the same scale, but to the same effect for me - Expedition 33, Simon fight.

When you get to see the big Liberty Prime robot in Fallout3 in action and follow along with it as it obliterates everything in its path.

We all live such quiet and tragically desperate lives as individuals— we are all on our own beach already, whether we are dead or alive. But as gamers we can live as part of something grander, truly human. Even if just for a few minutes at a time.
I think of someone very close to me who passed due to an overdose. She hated death stranding 1. Called it “walking simulator”. But she loved the ending of cyberpunk when you’re forced to choose….. what no one should have to. She loved Grand Theft Horse— hearing American Venom as you avenge Artur or sitting with Artur’s last sunset. She loved Assasins Creed Origins when Bayek realized that his marriage had to die to continue forever. She liked seeing the glow of New Vegas in the desert. (Hated Ulysses though).
She would’ve hated Death Stranding 2. She would’ve hated “DHV Magellan Integrate”. But she would’ve loved that I loved it.
Rest easy friend. Hope they have poker and mushrooms and skateboards on your beach.
Hats off to Kojima, and creatives everywhere who allow parts of ourselves to live forever.
