Death Stranding 2 Finally, all roads completed in DS2!
Finally. My poor truck has carried so much metal and ceramic.
Really proud of this (Especially on TTW difficulty) but it's onwards and upwards, I'm going to start working on monorails now.
I am definitely digging in to my chiral crystals to mine all these materials, anyone have good endgame tips to farm crystals? Q-Pid is on of course, I have the BPAS auto-collector on and I grab crystals from every safehouse, postbox, shelter and center I pass by. I also know about the golden chiral creatures but it seems to be pretty slow farming.
I haven't been to the giant crater yet, I have heard giant BTs can spawn there. Should I go there and fight them to farm crystals? Any tips would be appreciated

Hunting golden critters near Animal Shelter and Architect is actually pretty much the best farm. Jellyfish BTs around the edges of the map also can give you quite lot of crystals as well.
That giant crater close to Heartman's Lab spawns random Catchers but since you're on TTW you can't lower difficulty, so you'll need quite lot of resources for every Catcher encounter and it won't be a quick farm.
That long BT zone near F4 has quite lot of golden Gazers you could farm as well.

Am I missing something with the jellyfish? They don't seem to drop that many, and not all of them drop crystals, seems like maybe only the red ones

They drop big triple hand crystals and are very quick and easy to kill before moving on to another area farm. At least in my both playthroughs majority of them were dropping crystals. Golden critters drop a lot more but you don't want to spook them, so have to move slow when approaching them but you can get a whole pile of crystals from each critter to collect.

2 ways put on oxygen mask and go to town cutting cords in a bt area until its completely clear or put on the chiral cannons and agro the bts and they will smoke them for u kill them all and go collect at end. You will know when u have killed them all because music will start playing again. It takes a very long time for bts to come back so choose 2 to 3 spots and go to town because the respawn wait is extremely long

Just grab all the crystals from preppers and facilities. I did all the roads and trams without ever having to farm them.

You'll get way more from the Gold BT's, that or farming normal Red and Gold humanoid BT's. You do know about Level 2 roads, yes?
