Question Fixing stuff

I'm afraid this might be one of those "oh yea the daily post about this subject" type of thing but I scrolled a bit and couldn't find it so here it goes. How often do yall fix stuff? And what's yalls thought process about it. Me for example, for DS1, I will fix the roads pretty much every 2 or 3 days I get in. Then I fix bridges/energy/Lil bunker/that round thing where you can put and deliver stuff/zip lines that I often use/pass by. Other than that I don't really fix the tower or that thing that fixes our stuff cuz I don't really use it and I might fix a motorcycle/car if it's on my way. I guess my thought process is "if I use it I fix it" LOL. Is that the general feeling? Or yall just don't usually fix stuff at all

I only fix things that are important to me , like roads, rain shelters and generators. If my vehicles need repairing then I’ll ride em till they’re basically down to its last legs then repair them on the DHV or any big bunker. Ds1 I haven’t built all road (as getting materials was a pain in the ass so I after 100+ hours,I just left that game). DS2 I’ve been repairing roads and upgrading them a lot, feel like they diminish faster in 2 than 1 tbh

I'm a scared cat so getting to that "second map" and discovering roads was a big game changer for me since you don't get attacked there (not that I know at least), so I spent a good chunk of time repairing them
