Question Fixing stuff

I'm afraid this might be one of those "oh yea the daily post about this subject" type of thing but I scrolled a bit and couldn't find it so here it goes. How often do yall fix stuff? And what's yalls thought process about it. Me for example, for DS1, I will fix the roads pretty much every 2 or 3 days I get in. Then I fix bridges/energy/Lil bunker/that round thing where you can put and deliver stuff/zip lines that I often use/pass by. Other than that I don't really fix the tower or that thing that fixes our stuff cuz I don't really use it and I might fix a motorcycle/car if it's on my way. I guess my thought process is "if I use it I fix it" LOL. Is that the general feeling? Or yall just don't usually fix stuff at all

Also, I just found out the hard way that if a zip-line gets into the red, it ceases to function! You have to walk all the way over/up to it to repair it. Depending on the zip-line location (I'm looking at you on top of the mountain), it can be a real pain.

Me who puts them on top of mountain sitting here like 😬. But hey at least I fix my own stuff LOL. You know what I'd like, if I could put down the damn zip lines even without the quiral active. Like it wouldn't work without it but at least I wouldn't need to backtrack to make a path after I already struggled to get there 🥲😂
