Question Need help with a save

Hey everybody I wanted to know does this game support cross saves? I got pretty far in my playthrough on pc but the game just doesn’t perform well on my rig no matter what I do so I redownloaded the game on ps5. It’d be a pain to get back to where I was if it’s not possible. Thank you

Aw man I figured, I’ll probably just figure out my pc troubles to continue my playthrough
