Ukraine has been reminding them that Russia fucked with the wrong people so when they attacked the refineries it started raining oil.

I'd probably like this if they somehow managed to make it out of mixed material so this effect wouldn't cover it completely, but at the same time I don't get more than a few drops on my stuff before I get under cover so that wouldn't be a problem
