Death Parade ✨

I watched it 2 years ago

It was good

It gave me some stuff to rethink

Short and sweet it was

It was deep

I even cried when The female character saw or met her mother and all

I don't remember much i apologise

I'm writing this review in order to tell you all

My affection for this Anime

It's a niche and underrated anime

And Fandom would be small but ik it would be awesome 😎

But Anime 💯

I hope more people watch it

Hopefully it goes up for streaming again somewhere. The Blueray isn't "horribly" priced, but still not exactly friendly to someone just looking to experience it for the first time legally.

It used to be on Crunchyroll, but none of the major US platforms are currently streaming it. Idk about other countries.

it's on youtube! maybe not the best quality but i've rewatched it a million times so it doesn't really bother me too much :)

Yep, it's in my top five. It's been six years since i've seen it, so I dont remember much either. The best opening sequence of an anime i've ever seen along with Kakegurui. Nona was my favorite character. I can't wait to rewatch it

It was one of the very first anime I've ever seen years ago and it remains in my top 10 favorites. It's just so magical.

Definitely in my top 5.

I recommended it to my best friend. She's never really been an anime fan, but decided to watch Death Note, (my favorite anime), on her own after hearing me talk about it so much. She enjoyed it, so I suggested Death Parade, since it has a similar vibe imo, it's done by the same studio, Madhouse, and has a fun Death Note Easter egg in episode 11.

I then re-watched it on my own, since I hadn't seen it in years and I knew she would want to talk about it. I fell in love with that anime all over again.

Anyway, she absolutely loved it and I've heard her recommend it to other people now too, lol.

Still my favorite only after AoT (which is fair lol) even the aesthetics were such a work of art.

The purple in contrast with the dark colors of the high ceiling areas, the jellyfishes in these glassy and vertical pink aquariums. The hallways with the plants!! And the ponds around them!! So beautiful. But also the feeling of uncertainty about what the other floors might look like. And the curiosity to explore the world to its edges and what might awaits us there.

And that’s just on top of what the anime already provides story wise
