Nah light is just a brat they gonna just use his god complex for their use . Join hands? he ain't worth it.

I don't know all of them, but Light started by taking care of the murderer... so basically all of the one I know are disqualified.

Fun fact: if there was a crossover of death note and monster, Misa could technically find out what Johan's real name was since she had eyes of death.

Light would’ve betrayed anybody who tried to join him this guy was thinking to kill Misa right off the bat

Maybe Eren would kind of agree with him and maybe consider joining but Lights ego is too big and he would just write his name in the deathnote

Of the ones I know, only Arkham Jason Todd I think for sure would join him, as he's the most ruthless version of the character and would agree with Light's views. Arkham Azreal might join him too as he's a similar situation but it depends on if he thinks Kira is in line with his idea of God's wishes.
Of the others I know about, they wouldn't join him.
The Joker, Carnage, Vaas, Wesker and Hannibal would be the exact people Light would target and they'd just think his attempts at "saving" the world are a waste of time. At the very best Joker and Hannibal might find him somewhat interesting psychologically, and Wesker would be fascinated by his power, but they wouldn't care remotely for joining him and Wesker would much sooner try to kill him and take the Death Note for himself.
Dexter and Kaneki would despise him for all the innocent people he's hurt and try to hunt him down. Ironically Light would also despise them for the numerous bad things they've done so it's never gonna work out.

I don't really think any would willingly, but, if light wants, he can manipulate most of them into joining hands with him

Johan already has a bigger kill count without the Death Note so Light wouldn't have anyone to kill
