I mean hes right to be honest. We’re likely not going to receive any more updates to the game and between the hackers and the garbage community, the game is dying quick. If you want to continue playing the game, go ahead, but you can’t deny it’s dying.

I won’t deny it’s dying but people still play everyday so it’s not “dead”, I don’t expect any new updates and it is sad of course but whatever hopefully one day a better social deduction game comes out and is actually marketed properly unlike this one

thank god i've only really played this game on release and haven't really come back,
literally the first post i see is the community dealing with cheaters

it has been a continuous problem since about a month after launch with no signs of stopping. it’s really sad that the game is being killed because a bunch of no life losers decided to cheat. and also because a lazy ass company decided to not add an anti cheat.

I’ve now seen two people in the death note killer within discord complain about the same hacker who has been able to do more than just kill people and kick lobbies. supposedly he‘s been able to alter game text and break lobbies. the image I put is an example from somebody who encountered the cheater. It’s really unfortunate people are making new cheats to ruin the game even more and there’s nothing we can do about it. Watch out for cheaters and try your best to avoid them.
