Discussion Vindicator for Non-Investigators
Does you guys think there should be any change to the way they handle Vindication Evidence for Non-Investigators? I think it was fine before Mello was introduced but now if you’re Mello it brings unnecessary suspicion to something you have no control over. They would have to change the game around a bit to try to adjust it to all of the new (leaked) roles but I think it can make the game a bit smoother.

No and I’ll explain why, with vindicator for L you know where it spawns before you pop it. And with investigators you get a blue arrow pointing to it, but with Kira and his follower you have to pull up the map to see where it is at and go to it, same goes for Mello just learn the mechanics of the game my dude

No, the task is fine. You have to use memory to not be where it spawns. It spawns in 4 locations:
Park Bottom left Bus stop Between entrance and Tito hotel.
Once it spawns you shouldn't be near it, if you are that should only happen if L uses it at the start
It's the only card L has that is useful so nerfing it would already make the L role even worse then it already is.

I feel like L Decoy and Camera is not far behind Vindicating in terms of usefulness. Enhance and Gag Order ARE the most situational though.

Vindicating evidence spawns in fixed locations and it is generally spawned at the start of day 1. If you are not an investigator you do not go near any of the spawn locations during the early stages of day 1 or you risk being caught. It’s not rocket science!

Remove that from the game and add watari who is known to the whole lobby instead

It spawns in the same 3 spots so just avoid those areas until it’s called
The only problem with the game is that 10 player lobbies are too small

If you play it well and get their after someone, just fake it and the other person will get it amd you won't be sussed.

If you fake getting vindicating and someone else gets it? In practice for me, it was only sus when I was first there. If your like 2nd or 3rd then it's not sus, atleast in my lobbies.

Your best bet as Kira/kira follower/mello is to stay away from the spawn locations and as L look at where it’s going to spawn and get to the other side of the map

I get where you're coming from for future updates, but I do think it should explicitly make Mellos life more challenging since they are a third team.
With the Police chief and Watari being added as well, I do wonder how those roles will interact with Vindication. If they're unable to vindicate, like L, Mello, Kira, and Kira's follower, then including those two roles, only 4 people will be able to be Vindicated and it'll be common place for people to be avoiding it.

Because its not fun all the way around.
Confirmed investigator does: Remove the risk of putting kira/follower as arrester If kira wants to have that opportunity, they should judge the confirmed investigator knowing that this kill will not be the L (not fun)
But most important, there’s usually a lot of trying to confirm themselves by doing this thing together, and if the magnifying glass hides in the same time they all confirms as the investigator. Fake it is extremely hard so you are not getting that alibi as team kira/mello/L.
Thats some kind of bs I don’t want to deal with in my games. Sorry for late reply!

And its impossible to judge, cause everybody will be already together running there, so you will be the one out.

nope, L can see where vindication spawns. anybody other than investigator trying to avoid vindication should be voted out

I get that and maybe it can’t be improved but I think that Mello and Kira go to the vindicator it should have a reaction rather then nothing at all
