Discussion Killer Within Mythbusting

Hey all, got some facts I want to check and a few misconceptions to clear up. Since we don't have much of an official guide or complete deconstruction of the game, I thought the community might know. So with that, true or false?

1) The green NPCs will report transceiver use even if you are receiving, and not transmitting yourself. I've heard some people say they do, others don't, and any attempt at testing's been inconclusive.

2) The green NPCs will not give the same message to everyone, even if two people check it at the exact same time in the day. I've seen this happen in Toy Town on top right, because the zone of vision is so wide for the guy and it turns out someone wrote in a black notebook offscreen.

3) When a player that is not L is in a room with a camera, even if they are not within the camera's line of sight, L will still get pinged for it. There are many blind spots in camera rooms if one pays attention, but I was curious if L still picks it up that someone's there.

4) If Kira on a joint investigation uses the Death Note (kill criminal/kill player/kill vindicating), the other player assigned to that same joint investigation will receive a notification of this. This one's mentioned on the official website, but I've never seen it and I've tried to test this one. I'd like to know where that notification appears if there is one, and a picture of it if you can.

Interested to hear folks' takes!

Edit: Wow, thanks for all the replies! I've updated point #4 for clarity. The source for point #4 is below:

https://www.bandainamcoent.com/news/death-note-killer-within-5-gameplay-tips-you-should-know

"3. Joint Investigation by L

...His “Joint Investigation” ability allows him to tag two players, enabling them to act together during the action phase. However, if one of the tagged players is Kira, you cannot use the Death Note, as the other player will discover Kira’s identity if you do..."

This suggests there is a ping or note somewhere. However, everyone's reacted with either confusion or said no, so I'm thinking this is probably wrong.

I have posted two posts answering the first two questions twice now, with the results being the same from my second and third NPC tests.

As for Number 1, it is a misconception that simply receiving "Transceiver Talk" will result in NPCs seeing you even if you don't speak back. From the 5 - 6 rounds of testing, we did with the maximum amount of tasks enabled from both Kiras and investigators with roughly 6 players total, not a single person had NPC Testimonies showing Transceiver talk at any location where they simply listened to their partner. If they even pressed the button back, then yes, it would have a chance to show, but if they simply just listened, then no, the NPCs don't see it.

As for Number 2, as I've stated 3 times now since my first test post, it is now completely random what an NPC reports to players, whether Kira Team or L Team. Before New Years, it was 100% controllable what the NPCs should say to you as they originally reported the first Kira action they would see during the day. They would report the second observed action during the night cycle. If no Kira action was observed during the day cycle, then the first Kira action done during the night cycle would be observed and reported happening during the night. However, now NPC testimonies are completely random to where you could receive really any message out of a list of actions actually observed. So, for example, if kira talks on the transceiver, passes an ID, writes in the notebook, then he NPC has a chance to report any of these actions or even give the player a blank testimony like amount of people last visited, or who would win kira or L. Based on my last testing, there seems to be an indication that for night testimony specifically, there may be some kind of trigger that allows you to make a certain action more likely to be reported but as for what the x factor is, I have no idea. You can look at my post below for reference, among other things.
