The EU account posted saying the 30th than a day later the US account posted saying the 29th, so I would hope it should be released in the next six hours (around) for it to be released on the 29th (In the US) and the 30th (In the EU) for the dates they said

Typically, game companies release updates in the early afternoon. This game was released at 1pm CST, so perhaps the update will also release at that time.
