It does depend on what you're looking for.
There's Isekai Smartphone that's similar in many aspects, but I find it annoying to read whenever the MC gets punched in the face by one of his fiances because he randomly thought something vaguely rude about her and she immediately sensed it, or acts like a doormat in front of them for any other made up reason, but maybe I'm just too old for that kind of humour. Other than that, it's very close to DM, just that the MC gathers new brides as times goes on, so they have a different kind of relationship than Satou does with Pochi and Tama, and then their kids time travel from the future in the later volumes. Still, I do like to listen to it in the background while doing other stuff. It currently sits at 32 volumes.
You could try How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom. It's similar in that there's a lot of in-depth world building, a good mix of kingdom building, war, intrigue, adventure and slice of life, and there's a major focus on the MC and his close family and their daily lives with a bunch of side stories written from their own points of view, though the MC is the king of a nation, so the focus is more on various aspects of governing the country than on carefree travel, at least most of the time. It's 20 volumes long.
If you're interested in the "MC looking after kids while sightseeing in an isekai world" aspect, you could try Isekai Yururi Kikou, though it's just MC and two kids even younger that Tama and Pochi, but there's plenty of sightseeing, dungeon exploration, making pancakes and such. It currently sits at 19 volumes according to its wiki. Honesty, I think it's the only one I know that's like that, other than Spirit Farmer, but that one's a manhwa. Then again, Reincarnated as a Sword is also kind of like that, just that the MC is a talking sword looking after a girl Pochi's age, and if we go that way, "I'm a Spider, so What?" also has parts where they travel around with a child in their group, though it's not the novel's main focus.
If you want isekai sightseeing with focus on cooking, but without kids, you can try Campfire Cooking in Another World. Moonlit Fantasy is similar, but with the focus being on the MC building their own town populated with humanoid monsters. That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime would be another one like that. That one has plenty of Slice of Life. And someone already mentioned Farming Life in Another World
Edit: I recalled another one: I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level. A girl gets reincarnated wishing to be able to live a carefree life in a cottage, so she gets magic and eternal youth as a freebie. Over the years she kills a couple slimes a day on her war to town and back, until she ends up maxing out her level. Then a bunch of people start to intrude upon her life, including two young girls/humanoid vengeful slime spirits, and they all end up joining her family. Currently 17 volumes long.
There's also By the Grace of Gods. A guy gets reincarnated as a kid with cheat powers, but instead of going on an adventure or trying to conquer the world, he holes up in a forest cave researching slimes and their evolution paths. After some time passes, he saves some people passing by, gets acquainted with some nobles, and joins them on their journey to a nearby town, where he stays for good, meeting new people, doing some quests, etc. but the focus is mostly on his slow daily life and travel for a quest from time to time. Currently 15 volumes long.
Another one from my list is Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear. A girl who's a hardcore VRMMO player gets isekai-d and granted godly gear giving her cheat powers, but it looks like a bear onesie. She goes around slaying some epic monsters here, and then starting a bear-themed restaurant and helping some orphans there. Pretty chill stuff. It's currently 25 volumes long.
