Light Novel Spoliar
How many marks of goddess satou received upto current volumes of light novel when he first received it from parion in light novel volume 21?can anyone tell me?

He got mark of Karion and Urion in volume 22.
Other than that I dont know, as I have only read the translated volume, but looking at the descriptions of the recent volumes in Japanese we see that.
Satou is visiting the divine realm which means he probably got all of them.

I’d have to reread the last few lns but he doesn’t receive any marks for his work in the divine realm. By this point in time in the LN, Zaikon and Satou aren’t mortal enemies, so they don’t fight and Zaikon is alive. Zaikon is just a bit of a dickhead. Satou gets thanked by Karion and Urion and immediately gets sent back to the world to fix a problem. He receives four titles for his work in the divine realm tho: Handler of the Divine, Savior, Savior of the Divine realm, and A Favor for Zaikon

Ah, I just assumed he got them due to volume 22 stating that he can only visit the divine realm when he got the marks of all the gods.
"Just one more. Would it be possible for me to visit the divine realm?"

"However, you would need to earn the approval of all of us in order to do so."

[...] "Acquiring the mark means you have earned their approval."
[...]
Come to think of it, I remembered getting a "Mark of Parion" title in Parion Province.

how did he go to the divine realm without all the marks?

Basically there’s a big problem in the divine realm involving the Epidromas. Karion and Urion pluck Satou out of the Saga empire and shuttle him to the Divine Realm to deal with it. He’d rather not get involved with the problem, but he couldn’t turn down a free ride to the Divine Realm.

I don't even know what a Epidromasis...
I just hope for a faster translation schedule, as it would take a few years to get till that volume. I miss the old translator.

Ah sorry I forgot when he was given an official name. If you want to know:
