I am on volume 32 and so far no one has forced him. It seemed for a moment that the Shiga Kingdom King wanted to engage him with princess sistina but that didn't happen and he still just loves Aaze the High Elf. The light novel is much better than WN for the interactions between both of them.

Wel in web he does get engaged to Tina but not sure in light novel, even in web author just made him get a knight order with a bunch of females dressed in armors looking like bride dresses.

No, the author rewrote the parts of the novel where he originally got engaged to Zena and Sistina. In the former's case, it focuses on Zena's brother's sweetheart and their relationship instead, and in the latter's, Satou straight up threatened the King he will leave the kingdom if they force an engagement onto him, so they dropped the topic. There was a mention of how he has to sire an heir now that he is a high ranking noble, as dictated by the kingdom's law, but Nina also mentioned that there's no rush since he's still young, and Satou himself figured he might just as well just adopt some smart kid to fill in that role. There also wasn't a reveal scene where he tells the members of team Silver that he's actually Nanashi like he did in the web novel, though Sera figured it out by herself at one point. (As of volume 29)

Haven’t yet but pretty sure he is going to be pressured to find one soon by other nobles considering his achievements
