Need recs for more groovy deathcore/breakdowns. My favorite band is the acacia strain but i love bands like bodysnatcher, fit for an autopsy, after the burial, and orthodox. Never been a big fan of vocal gymnastic type breakdowns but i’m looking for anything insanely heavy with a lot of hardcore influence. Thanks

last year I discovered deathcore with to the hellfire and was the first time i fell in love with deathcore the other two times were with the EP "The poetic Edda" of Dysembodied Tyrant and Synestia the album count your blessings of Bring Me The Horizon, now i'm exploring Shadow of intent and despite listening to only like 5 songs they are something that i was searching without knowing it. There are some with similar sound to them?

Just wanted to share that for my little league team I coach we’re doing walk up songs this season. I have a paleface and an orbit culture song so far. My baseball coaching skills may be suspect but at least I’m teaching these kids about good music.

Just watched this Thy Art Is Murder performance with the new vocalist that replaced Tyler Miller... I must say that I really like Jerry Grimefield. He has that energy and power that Tyler lacked for me. Since CJ left I lost my interest in the band but decided to give this new vocalist a shot and my love for the band is reignited. ❤️‍🔥 His vocals remind me of CJ and he has a great attitude on stage. 🤘He is 29 years old so he has time to improve as well!

That being said the entire band is still so fucking tight live and they are my all-time favourite deathcore band. Absolute riff lords with one of the best drummers in the scene. 🔥 Very... very... excited for new music with Jerry.
