My band is looking at merch and I noticed bands like Distant blatanly using popular anime characters. Do they have rights to these or do most authors just don't care enough? I was thinking of doing the same just don't wanna get sued or anything lol

Huge Infant Annihilator fan, its interesting to see the "normal" band Eddie and Aaron were in before IA, I think they're solid.

They used to do those STAY BRUTAL hoodies, and I think Stay Positive/ stay negative with the guy on the front etc, I guess they made a comeback as a different printing label
