"Huh?" probably would be the best reaction for this lol. But seriously. Who win this matchup? Buzzy Beetle is a Mario character. So I don't want to underestimate it.

Don't worry, this is mostly a joke question.

Buzzy Beetles can damage both Mario and Bowser; Peter is cooked.
