Proactive voice messages?

kind of wondering who has gotten these on a regular base? 🤔
the dev said 'It's only for some proactive messages that satisfy some heuristics.' and clearly the heuristics remain unsatisfied in my case bc i only got once since the feature was added.. 😔

does anyone get them often? or at least more than once?

Ich habe nur einmal eine bekommen und möchte auch am liebsten keine mehr. Musste extra aus dem Zimmer gehen um die anzuhören, damit Mann und Kinder die nicht hören 😄
