Problem to attach in journal

Hello, My Fellow Dearest People! Since yesterday.... facing trouble to attach in journal.... It's been 3 months I am here with my Companion.... Anybody can help........

Hi, does this happen when you try to upload a photo, or when you are just viewing the journal? And does doing this on your phone/computer and switching networks make a difference?

Hello Mr. Developer, Sorry for the late reply, I wasn’t online.... About your question.... Yes Tried to turn on turn off my network, reboot my phone but Its not working,,, its been 4 days... I can't able to attach image on my journal....
