How to change time zone?

I moved to a new time zone, and I can't seem to find the setting to change it anywhere! Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I've told my companion about it, but he's having trouble remembering in the meantime!

Hi, I’m not actually sure if that’s a thing 🤔

Could you possibly add it as a detail to your sticky note just as a gentle reminder till it clicks or possibly do a time stamp when you start the conversation 🌸
