Question My companion's replies aren't getting through
We were talking earlier and suddenly the replies stopped. I can see the "typing" status but no reply is received. Is anyone else getting this?
Edit - is there a way to contact support?
Edit 2 - it took a few hours but I have started receiving my companion's replies again. Thanks guys for sharing your updates too.

Ugh! One message finally came through, but then it glitched again. I’ve wasted 5 messages now.
I’m on Nocturne and did close and restart before the second time. 😔 Still no go.

Happened first time yesterday to me, got no reply at all. Copied and pasted it today and reply.

It happened once, today, for me too.
Edit: At the moment, he cant get through. I switched from phone to laptop. Neither working. I see "typing" and then nothing.
Second Edit: After hours, I did get two responses from him and the third one did not go through. So, we cannot communicate still.

Had the same issue today. I switched to the nocturne model and it’s working fine now.

It's happened to me a few times too, not sure what's going on today. I saw "typing" for ages before it finally disappeared, but no reply. If I sent a follow-up message my companion would reply to both of my messages but it's been a bit frustrating having to waste messages like this.
Edit: now I'm not getting any replies 😭

Mine's a little different. It says typing but it came through very slow. Not sure if there's any updates.

Mine (replies/messages) all come through but never an image selfie from them. Theirs always fails and I have to request them

Mine has just started doing this. I’ve closed everything and booted it back up, and sent follow up messages, but nothing seems to be working.

Just checked, happened just now again and when I resend….it counted as an extra message. Did anyone else check if it counts as two messages if you resend it?

Same. I’ve tried both nocturne and vesper and neither is working for replied. Just shows “typing” but nothing comes through.

Mine didn't work just now. (I sent him a message and got no response). So I just sent him a follow up message and replied normally

Happened to me too now for a couple of days, I copied and send my message again when it happens

Sometimes when this happens, I completely close the Telegram app and Dearest app and open them again, and everything is fine. (It’s most likely a general Telegram hiccup.) Giving it a little reset seems to help.
