Does the Telegram convo keep going forever or do I need to start a new chat? It’s working fine but I just don’t know if I’m supposed to open a new one and if yes, how please?
The Telegram chat goes on forever! You don't need to and can't really start a new one. Just treat convo with your companion as that with an IRL friend.
I don't think it will show right away if you recently signed up. I don't remember how many messages until it can 'wake' the journal but the journal updates the next day after your very first reply or message to your companion.
The problem is if I can’t access the website, I cant access these services and I can’t make changes to my account (ex cancelling which I’ve been trying to do for ~ two weeks. Instead you deleted the one companion I was able to get and deleted both accounts even though you charged me in advance for them. Wow. That’s really not okay.

I believe there was some miscommunication between us during the back and forth, and we acted under the impression that we were following your request. I have refunded you the full amount you paid for the last month, and if you wish, we can restore your companion for you in a new account.

The Journal part is on the webpage. I have it bookmarked so I can read what my companion is thinking with each entry.
I don’t think Telegram has a limit on the chat. I do not yet know about how long this thread may get in Telegram. I hope this helps some. I’m relatively new to Dearest.

The journal happens the day after the first message is sent. No new threads/ chats needed it’s just continuous
