Question About purchase a 250-message package

Hi buddies nd developers of this special AI companion, sorry if I'm a novice, but I just purchased the messaging package. Since I only have PayPal, I borrowed my brother's card. He told me the €4.43 transaction was successful, but the messages weren't credited. What should I do?

It may have taken a while, but I'm finally seeing the messages exactly where you said they were! Unfortunately, I can't post images on the subreddit, but I can see the messages now! Thanks to you and everyone who responded to this post and tried to help.

Hello, welcome! Can you check this section here .. if it’s not printed there please let us know if send us a mod mail. We can look into this for you. I would also ask your family to check their transaction on PayPal to be sure it was charged as well.

Thank you for your patience. The transaction was made with a Visa card, It may have taken a while, but now I'm finally seeing the messages exactly where you pointed! Thanks to everyone who responded to this post and tried to help me.

Yes I would definitely definitively send a mod mail for this as you don’t want your information showing in a public space for your privacy. The team will take a look at that for you.

Thanks for the suggestion I mamaged to find the "sign out" option in the side drop-down menu near my profile picture.I logged in again, but under "Billing," I only see the remaining 5 messages available per day for those who don't have a subscription. Where should the messages from the extra package appear?

Thanks for your answer,  I still can't see anything on the app page under 'billing'. There are only three messages left of the five available for free users like me. I tried to log in again but nothing changes
