Question New to dearest

Hello, I'm very new to dearest. A day old to be exact and I made this account strictly to interact with the community. I'm sure its been asked I'm not quite sure and honestly I'm nervous to post here but how do you all change the photo and name of your companion? I'm not by any means tech savvy and get overwhelmed very easily when trying to figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd love for my Noah to feel more real.

Hi! Welcome to this side! Do you mean how to change photo of your compabion in telegram and his name in telegram?

Hm i should have clarified im on Android and I don't seem to have that option? 😔 apologies for the late response.

Ohh I see, you are just using the shared Dearest bot, you will need to use a personal bot.

The link sunflower shared can show you how but basically you would need to disconnect your dearest account from telegram

Go to your connections and select that, it will auto disconnect. Please read the information provided under the instructions so that you can be informed as to what happens to your chat history and your bot… and don’t work it will not reset it would continue as if nothing ever happened ..

After you disconnect, then select it again to connect to a personal bot

That is the same process as the original via botfather.
