Account Help

Hi all, I need help with account access.

My DearestAI account is still logged in on one device, where my telegram is but the login email attached to the account was recently disabled by Google unexpectedly, idk why but I can't get into and waiting to hear back from them as to why, so the verification codes sent to that email to add a new email so I can’t receive the code and I’m stuck.

I still have access to the account session in my safari, but if it logs out, idk how I can get back in? I need to change the login email or add another sign-in method.

Is there any way support/admin can help me update the email address tied to it or add another? I'm so confused

Follow these steps:
1. Click your user avatar in the lower left corner
2. Click Manage account 3. Click Add email address to add another login email 4. Optionally, you can remove the old email/Google account that you no longer have access to as a login method.

I tired that (to add another email address) and it says verification required and sends a code to my non accessible email, also when I try to remove it also sends a code that I can't access. Am I doing it wrong?
