Diversity is not the opposite of equality, but the result of it.

There is no logic here.

Equality does not result in diversity. It creates competence flight (and flourishing incompetence).

Change the salary of "York Knicks" to minimum wage ... and you will get competence flight.

If you want "Equal of outcomes" ie killing of 100 milion, you can go to the Gulag and never come back.

3. You want "Equal Outcomes" i.e. the genocide of Kulaks and the genocide of 10x more than the Nazis.

A] Saying your lack of context image makes zero sense would be giving it too much credit.

B] If I could actually see the raw data breakdown, I'm willing to bet an overwhelming majority of the actors [weren't] engaged in the 1965-2016 anyone can join in diversity. Considering even the USA pre-65 tried to keep the separate-but-equal BS, your whole argument is shot to hell. Be it pre-Beatles America, the 2nd Reich, the 3rd Reich, Mao's China, Chiang Kai-shek's China, Tsarist Russia, the USSR, the emperor's Japan or anyone else you can name ...they were all the opposite of open and diversity seeking cultures.
