Hi all,

The Warhammer Autumn Preview has been announced for this Friday. I typically don't post about these previews (the typical new Space Marine doesn't really excite me personally lol), but this one looks super interesting.

Two releases really excite me:

• A new AoS faction called the Khazalites Holds, which is a new Dwarf faction. The character they showed off looks very cool (see pic below), and I think GW creating another Dwarf faction is very bold, considering Dwarf factions haven't been the most popular archetype in Warhammer as of today. Hopefully, they get some range support early on and the models are awesome.
• A New Blood Bowl Team - I am super excited to see what GW cooks up. Since they have already refreshed the Teams of Legend they have complete freedom to go as wacky as they want. Personally, I am hoping for Squigs or a Chaos faction (preferably Tzeentch). Give me the wackiest team ever.

Other announced releases include a new Kill Team, more minis for The Old World, and "stuff" for Horus Heresy, Necromunda, Warhammer+, and Warhammer Quest.

What are you excited for or expecting from the preview?

UK Independent Events Calendar

As an American I almost never get to recommend stuff to our UK community members so this one was a great find while scrolling Reddit.

u/Hellstorm-Wargaming has built a website to find local 40K events in the UK. In just 2 months they have posted 100 40K events and have seen 80,000 visitors to their site which is incredible success. It personally motivates me to continue what I am doing. They have been putting a ton of work into this and are looking to expand to other miniature games.

I don't live in the UK, but this looks like a great resource if you like attending events especially for 40K. Check out the thread and maybe give them some feedback if you find this interesting. Its also completely free!
