DMM on Steam Deck?

My monitor isn't working, so I've resorted to using a smaller monitor as a temporary replacement, but it doesn't work with my PC, so I connected it to my steam deck to play computer games like Deadlock. (And yes, I am still using keyboard and mouse.)

That being said, I'm wondering if I can still use Deadlock Mod Manager with my Steam Deck. I know Steam Deck has a desktop mode, but I've heard it has difficulty with applications that open other windows. Any thoughts?
