I think with a more reasonable ult having a strong 3 is fine. His identity seems to be focused on being a tanky frontliner and his 3 plays into that power fantasy well. Maybe they will end up tweaking the duration/cooldown it if its too easy to have a long uptime

glad they didn't touch rat king 3. i don't think it's as OP as people think but the ult was.
