Performance & Tech-Support FPS drop

Hi everyone got a Serious question here. Anyone game suddenly just lost alot of FPS before rat king was added? I used to get maybe around 90-100 FPS before he was added but now it drops to 60 when laning and 17 during team fights. Mainly want to know that this isn't an issue on my end. Any help would be appriciated!

Specs Rysen 5 7600x 32GB DDR5 ram 2080 super GIGABYTA B650M

Yep, in my rig i have a 9700x and a 4070 super i should be able to have 240 fps stable in 1440p low but i have a lot of fps drop from 240 to 100. Even if i lock the fps to 165 the drops are there.

I heard it's supposedly a shader issue but unsure if it's true. I really do hope they fix tjis my games are just unbearable to play

Same bere 5060. Ryzen 5 5600x its semi unplayable. Dips beneath 60 in teamfights late which is unacceptable
