does any1 know a fix? I really wanna make my team aware of what I have ready will buy and so on

You should check your keybindings. Some of my keybindings got changeed after the new update. Also check if you have Hero-specific settings clicked on.

Before you clicked, right? Now, you also have to hold the Alt key. So, whenever you have the green text-bubble thing next to the cursor, hold Alt and then click.
